was founded in 2013 by Stefan Horn and Rudolf Netzelmann.
Previously, we have worked collaboratively and in different constellations, institutions and networks within the framework of numerous European, nationwide and local projects, programs and initiatives.
To date, our core business is to develop and work on projects, as curators, project developers, evaluators, facilitators and project managers.
In addition, we advise you on the basis of our own experience, networks and contacts. We can draw on a pool of experts who bring in technical and methodological expertise. We also have strong and varied links with partners in almost all EU countries and in Africa, Latin America and East Asia.
Stefan Horn
works internationally as a curator, project manager, set and exhibition designer and in the field of visual communications.
Since 2000 he has been the artistic director of the Berlin-based art association urban dialogues, which engages with all manner of change and flux in relation to urban issues through site-specific and community-based art projects and urban interventions.
He has gathered years of experience in the conceptualisation, design, financial management, direction and production of artistic and cultural projects on a local, European and international level.
Rudolf Netzelmann
Since 1995 the sociologist has developed, evaluated and coordinated European collaborative and network projects in the realm of vocational and educational training, health research, culture, urban and regional development, and international cooperation.
His particular expertise lies in inter-disciplinary and inter-sectorial cooperation where research and practice converge. He draws special attention towards sustaining and upscaling of “good practices” and approaches.
He is highly competent and experienced with regard to internationally applied project planning methods, such as »logical framework«, and with the tender, application, contractual and procedural standards of the EU.
